Philip Aguer, the military spokesman for South Sudan, told Reuters that Sudan tried to build an oil pipe line of 25 km. The pipeline would cross the border towards the South Sudanese oil fields. The accusation comes a day after talks to resolve the violence oil dispute between the two sides collapsed.
